Paper submission
All contributions accepted for presentation at AD12 congress will be included in the congress proceedings that will be given to attendees at the venue.
The review process of technical contributions will be in charge of the scientific Committee, an international group of recognized experts that will select submissions to be considered for oral or poster presentation. All submissions and presentations should be in English and must be related to any of the themes of the congress. There are two options for submission:
- Full paper (6 to 8 pages) for oral presentations. Each oral presentation will take 20 minutes, including 5 minutes for Q&A. Only selected papers will be considered for publication in Water Science and Technology.
- Short paper (2 to 4 pages) for poster presentation. Posters will be grouped according to their topics in different poster sessions. Authors are requested to be available for questions during poster sessions.
Full papers to be considered for Platform presentation are to be submitted no later than May 14th, 2010. Short papers for poster presentation only will be accepted until the June 15th, 2010. The notification of acceptance will be on July 15th, 2010
Papers should be submitted electronically according to the Full and Outline paper Guidelines.
Conditions of presenting
Notification of acceptance will be on July 15th, 2010. For your paper to be included in the programme and presented at the congress, a paid registration must be received by August 31 th, 2010 for the presenting author. Presenters will be responsible for their own expenses.

Notification of acceptance will be sent after July 15th, 2010. In order to include a paper in the programme and in the proceedings, a paid registration for the presenting author must be received before August 31th, 2010. Presenters will be responsible for their own expenses. |
